Quotation Validity

All quotations provided by Meezy Commer Solutions are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment Structure Full Payment Option: Clients may choose to pay the full amount upfront to initiate the process.

60% Deposit Option: Alternatively, clients can pay a 60% deposit of the total service fee to start the process.

The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the foreign worker or maid has been deemed medically suitable.

 

Medical Unsuitability

If the worker or maid is found medically unsuitable, the payment will be adjusted or refunded accordingly, depending on the circumstances and costs incurred up to that point.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon by both parties.

All payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of services.

Late Payment

Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 2% of the outstanding amount per month.

If payment is not received within 30 days, Meezy Commer Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will only be provided if Meezy Commer Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons within our control. Refunds for medical unsuitability will be determined based on the circumstances and costs incurred.

No refunds will be issued for delays caused by client-provided documentation errors or external government processes.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes, such as sales tax or service tax, will be added to the total cost of services.
