Terms & Conditions

Scope of Service:

Meezy Commer Solutions will provide web or app design, development, and maintenance services based on client requirements and project specifications.

 

Payment Methods and Terms:

2.1 Clients are required to pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation of service orders to initiate project design and development.

2.2 Upon project completion, clients are to review and confirm the final version provided by Meezy Commer Solutions and make prompt payment of the remaining balance.

 

Additional Charges:

3.1 Any additional features or change requests may incur extra charges, which will be separately negotiated based on specific requirements.

3.2 Clients are responsible for additional costs incurred due to delays in providing necessary materials or collaboration.

 

Termination of Agreement:

4.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice to the other party. Completed work will be settled based on fees paid.

4.2 Upon termination, clients will retain intellectual property rights for paid services, while Meezy Commer Solutions reserves rights for unpaid portions.

 

Intellectual Property:

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property rights for website or app design, content, and code will belong to Meezy Commer Solutions.

5.2 Clients will receive rights to use website or app content and functionality, but not for commercial purposes or unauthorized distribution.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Meezy Commer Solutions is not liable for losses incurred by clients due to actions of third parties, force majeure, or client misuse.

 

Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed by applicable laws and shall be resolved by courts or arbitration authorities with jurisdiction in case of disputes.
